| Nov. 2, 2002 | "Waterproof" unit fogged up after 1 year in saltwater, but suspect case was damaged by heat during the summer. | This unit is now out of production, so I when I found a closeout on the Internet, I purchased two replacement units (one as a spare) because the unit is permanently mounted and wired to the boat, and I didn't want to have to rewire. No problems since. |
