We needed better access to the hull wiring in order to relocate the fuel flow meter transducer.
Replaced the starboard stern pie hatch with a larger, rectangular slam hatch.
February 7, 2003
Two of the pry-out deckplates have developed hairline cracks in the frame.
TBD. Not a major issue, since the hatches weren't watertight anyway.

The tubes of the vertical rodracks on the starboard side of the console fell off when a large rod was inserted. The root cause: the rack was assembled with screws that were too short, proven by disassembling the port racks and comparing the screws.
Reassembled with longer screws. No problems since.
November 6, 2002 The console rod holders have drain tubes that run from the bottom of the rod holder to the side of the console. The tubes keep coming off their fittings on the inside of the console, so water drains into the inside of the console. The drain tubes are sections of clear vinyl tubing that are too short. We replaced them ourselves with tubing from Home Depot. No problems since.

The tilt console is held in alignment with a couple of plastic alignment tabs, which were attached using screws. These screws pulled loose in rough water, due to the console moving when we hit some big swells, and our weight was thrown against the console.
The alignment tabs were refastened using thru-bolts. The first repair attempt used Marine-tex epoxy to fill the stripped holes, and the screws were re-used. However, the screws pulled out on the next trip. No problems since.
