What about BRP customer service?

This is one topic which doesn't require a lot of comment. We've mentioned our happiness with the way BRP customer support treated us. And our experiences are mirrored in the vast majority of the comments we've read on the Internet.

There have been a few negative reports, but there were usually extenuating circumstances. In general,

they seem to be bending over backwards to make sure customers are happy with their E-TECs.

We don't think the consumer will have any issues on how they are treated by BRP's customer service.
